When talking about the law of attraction the first thing that one needs to understand is that LIKE attracts LIKE. You have to understand that you are a human magnet, wherever you are and whatever you are projecting you will get back. For example if you are positive you will attract positivity. If you are negative you will attract negativity. If you are a loving person you will attract love. The power of SELF is if you can see it you will be able to hold it. If you can see it in your mind and hold it in your mind it means that you can hold it in your hand. What I mean by this is, for example, your dream is that you want to be a certain weight. Put the ideal weight that you want to be on your mirror, put it on your fridge, make a saying pop up on your phone. Remind yourself why this is so important to you. And your dream will come true.
Sometimes we try too hard to figure things out, which then leads to procrastination. The other day I was at a funeral. The Minister said to the family, think of only the good things. Think of times when you would laugh with your deceased. The family then started to laugh about something that they've experienced with the deceased. Then the Minister said, joy and depression cannot be in the same room. So the law of attraction says Laugh. Laugh even when it isn't even funny, just start laughing randomly and you will feel better...
